It is increasingly difficult to obtain credit from traditional lenders despite the growth in the markets. Coupled with the constraints of the increasingly strict regulatory environment, managers are spending more and more time completing administrative tasks and chasing after funds than developing new business.

Fi-Nest’s close relationship with the financial and insurance world enables the company to put forward transactions that would have otherwise been turned down. Often, due to lack of time or knowledge, deals are not presented to financial institutions in the correct manner or with sufficient data.

We draw on the experience of our partners each specialised in their own field, listen to the customers needs, test the market anonymously to gather appetite and pricing and finally tailor and construct bespoke solutions that can be presented to the market.

It is essential that complete disclosure is given regarding the request, this will allow due diligence to be undertaken before presentation to counterparties and will save time.
